Summary of Key Agency Terms

Commission of 10% charged (plus VAT) for home sales, 20% (plus VAT) for foreign, negotiable if a contract has already been offered.

Written agency agreement, with 30 day termination clause.

Translation rights are handled by Intercontinental Literary Agency Ltd.
